For nearly two decades as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer of a publicly traded, multi-billion-dollar company, he helped scale revenue from $350M to $1.2B across 25 international markets, stood up a global force of 4,500+ field ambassadors that influenced 63% of buying decisions, and moved NPS from 15 to 70 through reputation, digital, and customer-experience strategy that compounded year over year.
His operating foundation is automotive retail. At Chrysler Corporation he worked retail marketing, dealer relations, and operational support across the Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep dealer network — service lanes, used-vehicle reconditioning, F&I, and CSI — the same workflows Estimatics is built to make faster, cheaper, and more profitable today.

A decade at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) across North America, Europe, and Asia. At Motorola's Corporate Strategy Office, he drove M&A and helped turn around the $8B semiconductor sector (later spun out as Freescale).
As Chief Strategy Officer at AMD, Billy established the embedded processor business and drove corporate strategy through the introduction of 64-bit computing, the ATI Technologies acquisition, and the spin-offs of Spansion and GlobalFoundries.
